Job Summary
Support contracts, legal operations, and commercial agreements in a fast-moving startup environment. Responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, and managing various commercial agreements such as SaaS agreements and NDAs, managing the contract lifecycle, coordinating with outside counsel, and supporting compliance and documentation workflows. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience as a paralegal, strong skills in managing commercial contracts, and an organized approach to work.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a paralegal or legal operations professional
- Strong experience working with commercial contracts and SaaS agreements
- Comfortable managing redlines and negotiations
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Able to operate independently in a fast-moving environment
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with startups, technology companies, or healthcare organizations
- Experience with healthcare compliance (HIPAA or related frameworks)
- Experience supporting sales contracts or enterprise deals
- Familiarity with contract management tools
