Paralegal

Job Summary
Paralegal supporting transactions and contracts across acquisitions, dispositions, financings, joint ventures, and other strategic deals; organize and maintain closing files, coordinate signature processes, assist with due diligence and data room management, draft and manage NDAs and service agreements, track deadlines and post-closing obligations; support regulatory compliance efforts, licensing and registrations, and outside counsel engagement; manage contract databases and CLM processes, maintain templates and knowledge resources, and support litigation tracking and legal operations with emphasis on document management, governance, and cross-functional coordination.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
- 2-5 years of paralegal experience, preferably in-house, at a law firm, or within the real estate, private equity, asset management, or financial services industries
- Strong understanding of corporate governance and legal documentation
- Experience supporting complex transactions and managing large volumes of documents
- Excellent organizational, project management, and communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and legal document management systems
