Required Qualifications
- Must meet all applicable paralegal certification, registration, or licensure requirements as defined by the state of Connecticut
- Minimum 3+ years of experience as a paralegal, preferably in insurance defense or civil litigation
- Experience supporting litigation involving bodily injury and/or third-party claims preferred
- Strong understanding of legal procedures, including pleadings, discovery, motions, and court filings
