Job Summary
Bilingual Immigration Paralegal to manage a high-volume family-based immigration caseload from intake through resolution. Draft, review, and finalize application packets to firm standards, prepare clients for USCIS interviews, respond to RFEs promptly, manage client callbacks, and maintain accurate case files. Requires 3+ years of immigration law experience, English-Spanish bilingual, strong client-service skills, and Filevine experience. This is a contracted remote position with reliable internet and equipment requirements. Location: Mexico City, MX.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of high-volume immigration law experience
- bachelor's degree preferred
- Fluent bilingual English–Spanish
- Expertise with I-589, I-42B, bond applications, and family-based petitions
- Proficiency with legal case management systems; Filevine experience preferred
