Job Summary
Real Estate Paralegal role focusing on managing residential and commercial real estate files from start to finish, handling conveyancing transactions, drafting loan and security documentation, conducting title and off-title due diligence searches, reviewing purchase and sale agreements, coordinating closings, and liaising with clients, financial institutions, realtors, and other stakeholders within a Vancouver-based law firm; requires a paralegal certificate, 3+ years of experience in real estate, and proficiency with BC Online, myLTSA, NetDocs, MS Office, and Adobe.
Required Qualifications
- Paralegal certificate from an accredited institution
- Minimum 3 years of experience in residential and commercial real estate within a Canadian law firm
- Strong working knowledge of conveyancing processes and real estate transactions
- Experience with BC Online and myLTSA
- Advanced proficiency with NetDocs, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), and Adobe
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality, accurate work
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
