Job Summary
Support repeatable legal processes including data privacy, W-8BEN filings, trademarks registration, and other corporate processes. Provide timely, high quality legal support to teams across Railsware, covering onboarding activities and product or project related legal questions. Prepare, draft, review, and maintain legal documents such as agreements and policies. Conduct legal research on a range of legal matters as they come up. Support the legal side of our cooperation with clients and partners. Assist with yearly compliance processes and maintain attention to detail while working closely with the People Team, finance, and security colleagues.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Law
- Understanding of core legal principles under EU and US law
- Strong tech literacy, ability to learn new tools and systems quickly
- Sharp attention to detail
- Curiosity, proactive approach, and eagerness to learn
- English: B2 or higher
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working in or around the IT sphere
