Job Summary
Assist attorneys with preparation of legal documents, including pleadings, discovery, motions, trial binders, and correspondence. Conduct legal research, manage case files, and maintain organized document systems. Coordinate discovery responses, document production, and deposition preparation. Draft, review, and summarize legal and case-related materials while maintaining communication with clients, court staff, and external parties. Support attorneys across commercial, construction, real estate, and related litigation matters. Cruitin Inc. is partnering with a well-established Fort Worth-based litigation-focused law firm seeking an experienced Paralegal to support their attorneys in a collaborative setting.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years experience as a Paralegal
- Personal Injury background preferred
- Pre-litigation and litigation support experience
- 3+ years of paralegal experience, preferably in litigation
- Strong knowledge of the litigation process, including state and federal court procedures
- Proficiency with legal research tools and document management systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently or in a team environment
Desired Qualifications
- Bilingual (Spanish) - Nice
- Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certification preferred
- Bilingual Spanish/English (nice to have)
