Job Summary
Review, organize, track, and archive legal documents and commercial agreements, including NDAs, service agreements, and vendor contracts. Support real estate and project transactions by coordinating due diligence materials, organizing transaction checklists, and assisting with title and land documentation. Manage corporate records, contract files, and document repositories while ensuring accuracy and up-to-date status. Coordinate document execution through DocuSign, track transaction deliverables, and manage contract lifecycle obligations. Conduct legal and regulatory research, assist with correspondence and meeting materials, and track outside counsel matters and invoices. Partner with Development, Finance, HR, and Executive Leadership to support commercial contracting, corporate governance, and transactional matters across the organization.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree, or Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-approved program
- 3+ years of paralegal experience in a corporate legal department or law firm supporting transactional matters
- Experience supporting commercial contracts, corporate governance, or transactional legal work
- Excellent organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining confidentiality
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and document management software
Desired Qualifications
- Experience supporting real estate transactions, acquisitions, or project development
- Experience supporting equity financing, debt financing, or other corporate finance transactions
- Experience reviewing, organizing, and managing NDAs and commercial contracts
- Experience implementing or maintaining contract lifecycle management (CLM) or document management systems
- Experience creating and maintaining organized legal filing systems and document repositories
- Experience with DocuSign, SharePoint, or similar document management platforms
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent judgment and attention to detail

- Ability to build strong relationships across departments
