Job Summary
Paralegal to support attorneys with litigation tasks including drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery; manage case files; conduct legal research; prepare and summarize discovery materials; coordinate witnesses, experts, and trial preparation activities; attend trials; collaborate with internal partners on litigation strategy; and communicate with parties and stakeholders throughout the case lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
- Paralegal degree or certification
- Three (3) years of paralegal experience, including first-party property experience
- OR an equivalent combination of education, certification, training, and experience
