Job Summary
Request, track, and organize medical, insurance, pharmacy, and non-party records while reviewing summaries to identify injuries, pre-existing conditions, and treatment inconsistencies. Prepare medical chronologies and timelines for attorney review, draft and file court documents such as Certificates of Service and Motions to Compel, and maintain case files within the case management system. Monitor outstanding requests to ensure timely receipt and assist with preparation for depositions, mediations, trials, and expert reviews. Communicate with attorneys, medical providers, and opposing counsel while ensuring proper handling of confidential information per HIPAA requirements. This fully onsite, one-month contract assignment in Duluth offers potential for extension or conversion to permanent employment.
