Job Summary
Paralegal for a commercial real estate practice supporting transactions from inception through closing; responsibilities include reviewing title commitments, surveys, and due diligence materials, preparing closing documents and transaction checklists, tracking critical dates and milestones, coordinating transaction workflows among attorneys, clients, lenders, title companies, surveyors, and other third parties, maintaining transaction records and document management systems, assisting with sophisticated commercial real estate transactions from inception through closing, and delivering exceptional client service throughout the transaction process.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of real estate paralegal or legal assistant experience required
- Relevant real estate transaction experience is the key qualification
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent communication and client service skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with attorneys and clients
