Job Summary
Lead work up of client cases from retention through resolution, ensuring that every claim is prepared thoroughly, filed properly, and positioned for the highest potential recovery. responsibilities include reviewing client questionnaires and medical records, gathering documentation, preparing case materials (including complaints and plaintiff fact sheets), coordinating filing activities and service of process, maintaining accurate case data in Litify, and communicating with clients to gather information and respond to inquiries. Strong attention to detail, ability to manage high-volume litigation, and proficiency with technology and case workflows are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Associates degree in paralegal studies, a paralegal certificate, or a bachelor's degree is preferred.
