Job Summary
Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements while managing the contract lifecycle from execution to database administration. Support international negotiations, corporate governance, and legal due diligence for fundraising and strategic transactions. Assist with employment law matters, intellectual property management, and regulatory projects covering aviation, privacy, and consumer law. Conduct legal research across multiple jurisdictions and manage relationships with external counsel. Help develop internal policies and templates while supporting compliance initiatives. Reporting to the General Counsel, this role offers broad exposure to international legal work within a fast-growing autonomous drone delivery company.
Required Qualifications
- A law degree or equivalent legal qualification.
- 3-8 years' experience as a paralegal or legal executive (in-house or private practice).
- Excellent drafting skills.
- Strong organisational and project management abilities.
- High attention to detail.
- Commercial awareness and practical judgement.
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
