Job Summary
Paralegal role in Legal and Compliance focusing on investment company client reporting and proxy voting. Responsibilities include preparing quarterly and annual compliance reports and certifications, handling regulatory requests (e.g., 15(c), 38a-1), coordinating internal distribution of prospectuses and related documents, collaborating with internal groups (investment, compliance, trading, client service, finance), and supporting proxy voting activities (reviewing agendas, entering votes via the firm’s platform, maintaining voting databases, and managing foreign-domiciled Power of Attorney forms). Requires prioritizing multiple projects, exercising sound judgment, and contributing to process improvements. Hybrid schedule with two days work from home and three days in office. Minimum 3-5 years of paralegal or legal operations experience preferred and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience required.
Required Qualifications

- Formal paralegal education or certification preferred
- 3-5 years of paralegal or legal operations experience preferred
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Ability to work in a deadline-driven, regulatory environment
