Job Summary
The Litigation Paralegal provides comprehensive support for all aspects of litigation cases handled by attorneys, focusing on document handling, tracking case progress, and ensuring timely access to necessary information for trial preparation. Responsibilities include managing document production, drafting discovery documents, organizing exhibits, and assisting with court filings and deadlines. Candidates must have strong organizational and communication skills, a professional demeanor, and a commitment to meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Completion of Bachelor's degree OR Associate of Arts degree with one year in-house training as a Paralegal Assistant or Paralegal Intern OR one to five years law-related experience under supervision
- Completion of an educational program for Paralegals approved by the ABA
Desired Qualifications
- 5+ years Litigation Paralegal experience
- Experience in federal, state, and administrative litigation
- Relativity experience including advanced searching and data analytics
- Law Firm experience
