Job Summary
The Paralegal will support Litigation and Labor & Employment attorneys by managing information flow, mastering electronic filing systems, and ensuring accurate records and prompt billable time reporting. Key responsibilities include assisting with discovery requests, preparing exhibits for depositions, hearings, and trials, drafting motions and client correspondence, and organizing case records. Ideal candidates will have 1 to 3 years of relevant paralegal experience, exceptional communication and time management skills, and a Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal certificate.
Required Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years of experience as a Paralegal in a law firm, corporate legal department, or government entity
- Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal certificate
- Exceptional communication skills
- High attention to detail and strong time management skills
