Job Summary
Senior Litigation Paralegal to own matter tracking and case file management across a high-volume docket spanning multiple jurisdictions, execute discovery and trial preparation tasks (document production, deposition coordination, exhibit management), build improved processes/tools to reduce manual effort, support subpoenas/summons/levies/garnishments, manage deadlines and schedule court dates with zero misses, and coordinate with outside counsel and government agencies; require 6+ years in litigation paralegal roles, end-to-end discovery expertise, process-improvement track record, familiarity with financial services/cryptocurrency/tech litigation, responsible AI usage with human oversight, and experience handling small-claims court matters across applicable jurisdictions.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience as a litigation paralegal
- experience managing case dockets of 50+ matters across multiple jurisdictions
- discovery workflows end-to-end (including e-discovery platforms, document review, and production)
- experience responding to third-party legal requests (subpoenas, summons, garnishments)
- familiarity with litigation involving financial services, cryptocurrency, or technology companies
- utilizes generative AI responsibly with human oversight to improve efficiency, cost, and quality
- experience handling small claims court matters (filings and appearances)
