Paralegal / Licensed Conveyancer

Job Summary
Prepare, review, and manage property transaction documents including contracts, leases, and disclosure materials for acquisitions, disposals, and development matters. Conduct title, planning, statutory, ASIC, and litigation searches while coordinating with land registry services and stamping providers. Manage end-to-end commercial conveyancing files, oversee electronic settlements via PEXA, and ensure compliance with NSW property law. Act as a key point of contact for clients, agents, banks, and external stakeholders to maintain high service standards. Track critical dates, conditions precedent, and milestones to support due diligence and transaction coordination. Assist with billing processes and continuous improvement of property systems.
Required Qualifications
- Current NSW Conveyancer Licence or relevant tertiary qualification
- Experience in a property law environment (law firm or in-house)
- Strong knowledge of conveyancing processes in NSW
- Strong working knowledge of PEXA, PEXA Projects and electronic settlements
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple matters and competing deadlines
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
