Job Summary
Paralegal or Legal Operations Executive to support the Disputes and Insurance sub-functions within the Global Legal team. Responsibilities include providing litigation and disputes support (preparing reports, chronologies, fact-finding), drafting and deploying global dispute policies and procedures, maintaining global litigation reports with regional inputs, leveraging AI tools to accelerate document review and data analysis, supporting insurance workflows (proposal/document preparation and premium collection), and providing administrative support to the Singapore legal office, including scheduling for the Chief Legal Counsel.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a paralegal, legal operations, forensic, investigative, or analytical role
- Exposure to the built environment industry is advantageous but not essential
- Law graduates with 0–2 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) will also be considered
- Working understanding of contracts and basic litigation documents
- Comfortable reading, organising, and identifying trends or inconsistencies across multiple documents
- Comfortable using AI/LLM tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT) and keen to develop these skills further
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams)
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Excellent command of English
