Job Summary
Conduct case intake, troubleshoot issues, and establish case strategies for immigration applications. Analyze documents to prepare filings with government agencies, while researching and drafting petitions and memos. Communicate regularly with clients regarding procedural matters and assist in case reviews. Review and approve client billing, monitor workload, and oversee case status through management systems. Identify productivity improvements and contribute to office-wide projects within the firm's team environment.

- Familiar with word processor (Microsoft Office Word, Excel)
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Paralegal
- immigration experience
- Certification from an accredited paralegal education program
- Successful completion of at least one year at an accredited law school
