Job Summary
Draft, review, and format standard agreements including clinical trial agreements, NDAs, and vendor contracts. Facilitate contract execution with sponsors, CROs, and research sites while managing the contract lifecycle system. Organize templates, playbooks, and standard operating procedures to support process improvements. Partner with Clinical Operations, Finance, and leadership to ensure timely document flow and approvals for site expansion and partnerships. Conduct basic legal research on healthcare regulatory matters as directed. This full-time remote role includes a four-day work week with 10-hour shifts from Monday through Thursday.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree, Bachelor's degree, or Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-approved program
- 1–3 years of relevant paralegal, legal assistant, or contract administration experience
- Strong proficiency in reviewing, proofreading, and formatting contracts and legal documents
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare, life sciences, clinical research, or commercial contracting
- Experience working in-house, at a CRO, healthcare company, or supporting life sciences clients
- Familiarity with clinical trial agreements, HIPAA, and FDA regulatory frameworks
- Experience managing contract databases or lifecycle management software in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Strong organizational and issue-spotting skills
- Business-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to administrative tasks
- Ability to work independently with appropriate supervision while functioning effectively within a team
