Job Summary
Par Intellectual Property Trademark Paralegal supporting Polsinelli's Trademark, Copyright & Branding Practice Group. The role involves managing domestic and foreign trademark portfolios, conducting trademark searches and prosecution, filing applications with the USPTO and/or WIPO, handling TTAB proceedings, ownership transfers with USPTO/WIPO, international applications and renewals, correspondence with foreign associates, maintaining client reports and dockets, and ensuring timely action on deadlines. Preferred locations include Phoenix, Kansas City or Chicago. Strong attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills are required, with ability to coordinate multiple IP-related projects and interact with clients and external counsel.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years IP experience, supporting large trademark portfolios
- Docketing knowledge and experience, with CPi software preferred
- Paralegal Certificate
- The budgeted salary range for this position is $115,000 - $135,000.
