Paralegal - Investment and Litigation

Job Summary
Organize case files, prepare draft correspondence and briefing materials, and coordinate document collection and disclosure exercises for litigation and dispute resolution matters. Support direct investment activity by instructing external legal advisers, reviewing transaction documents, and assisting with non-disclosure agreements. Conduct legal research, summarize regulatory developments, and monitor key deadlines, budgets, and invoices under supervision. Manage document execution, respond to internal requests, and maintain legal templates and records while collaborating with in-house counsel and external advisers. Full-time 37.5-hour role in Sheffield or London with hybrid working expectations.
Required Qualifications
- A degree or equivalent experience
- Expectation that you will attend an office 2 days per week
