Job Summary
Paralegal opportunity at Invesco focused on corporate legal operations. You will support a broad range of activities including confidentiality/non-disclosure agreement administration, maintenance of legal databases, board-level administration, and management of legal entities. Responsibilities include assisting attorneys with drafting and negotiating NDAs, maintaining document repositories, planning and executing legal operations projects, enabling adoption of legal tools (e.g., contract lifecycle management, eBilling, document repositories, AI initiatives), performing legal research and analysis, reviewing and assisting with invoices, and preparing filings for regulatory sites such as the SEC. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to manage multiple priorities, and handling of confidential information are essential. The role emphasizes collaboration with Legal Department colleagues to drive operational excellence and support strategic goals, with exposure to AI technologies and various in-house legal work tools. Qualifications include substantial paralegal experience, a college degree or equivalent, and preference for paralegal certification and familiarity with legal tools and regulatory filings. This position is described as full-time, in-office in multiple U.S. locations, with a hybrid work policy reflected in the company’s broader benefits package.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years paralegal/document specialist experience
- College degree or equivalent experience required
- Paralegal certification or training courses preferred
- Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 Office applications and Adobe Acrobat
- Diligent Entities, Diligent Board and SEC filing experience highly preferred
- Experience with contract lifecycle management and legal invoicing solutions
- Knowledge of or ability to learn specialized software applications for in-house legal work
