Paralegal II, Litigation & Risk

Oversee personal injury litigation and pre-litigation matters by conducting factual investigations, leading document collection, and analyzing records to inform case management recommendations. Liaise daily with in-house and outside counsel to manage active lawsuits while providing legal support to ensure compliance with internal policies. Help define and maintain governance for legal processes, proactively improving workflows to support Lyft's scaling operations. This role requires a JD or Paralegal certificate and 5+ years of litigation experience, with a preference for in-house or insurance claims backgrounds. Based in Nashville on a hybrid schedule (3 days in-office), the position offers a base pay range of $72,160 - $90,200.
