Paralegal

Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, and discovery materials, for client matters. Conduct legal research to support case strategies and prepare briefs for review by attorneys. Manage case files, organize evidence, and coordinate with opposing counsel on scheduling and discovery requests. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and billable hours. This role supports the litigation team in handling complex civil and commercial disputes.
