Paralegal

Paralegal at Groupon responsible for high-volume litigation support, regulatory compliance, and AI-enabled tooling. Own litigation-hold processes end-to-end, manage subpoenas and discovery responses, coordinate mass arbitration proceedings, triage AG/FDACS complaints, oversee UCC liens and garnishments, review outside-counsel invoices and drive cost-control measures, onboard outside counsel, and assist in contract and corporate document administration. Lead design and adoption of AI-powered tools for the legal team (e.g., intelligent intake, contract-review assist, immigration chatbot, regulatory advisory) and collaborate with IT on responsible AI usage. Requires a paralegal certificate or equivalent experience and proficiency with e-billing, contract tools, and productivity suites. Strong written and verbal communication, ability to manage high-volume matters, and a track record of independently driving outcomes are essential.
