Job Summary
Paralegal role in the General Counsel’s Office supporting conflicts review, ethical walls, and engagement letter compliance. Responsibilities include reviewing lateral attorney and staff conflicts, communicating with candidates and attorneys, drafting conflicts waiver letters, implementing ethical walls, and ensuring engagement terms comply with firm policies. The candidate will interact with senior attorneys and partners, assist with special projects related to conflicts processes, and be available for outside normal hours, including evenings and weekends. Key skills include excellent oral and written communication, strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task to meet tight deadlines.
