Job Summary
Assist attorneys with civil trial preparation, discovery, and records management by summarizing medical and employment records, creating chronologies, and drafting motion responses. Organize and prioritize numerous tasks under time constraints with exceptional attention to detail, utilizing Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Manage meet and confer correspondence and oppositions to discovery motions while maintaining confidentiality and responsiveness within 24 hours. This 100% in-office role at a nationally recognized Am Law 200 firm requires 3+ years of civil litigation experience and an ABA-approved paralegal certificate.
