Job Summary
Paralegal/Litigation Executive with motor fraud experience to manage a full caseload of motor fraud claims and litigated motor personal injury claims. Responsibilities include conducting investigations with live defenders, taking witness statements, reviewing medical records and reports, identifying information requirements, securing documentation from claimant representatives, adhering to client SLAs and reporting/reserving requirements, file management, attending court and pre-trial meetings, drafting all legal documents and client advice, handling interlocutory proceedings and CMCs, and supporting marketing/business development for the casualty group. The role emphasizes delivering professional, results-focused service within Clyde & Co’s team-oriented environment. Hybrid working arrangement: 2 days in the office, 3 days at home.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience of managing your own caseload
