Manage a full caseload of motor fraud claims and litigated motor personal injury claims, acting on behalf of insurance companies and self-insured commercial organisations. Conduct investigations with live defenders, take witness statements, review and interpret medical records, and identify information requirements to secure documentation from claimant representatives. Draft all legal documents and client advice while attending court and pre-trial meetings, adhering to strict reporting, reserving, and client SLA requirements. Support marketing and business development activities within the team.
