Paralegal - Fraud

Job Summary
Run a full caseload of motor fraud claims and litigated personal injury claims, acting on behalf of insurance companies and self-insured commercial organisations. Conduct investigations with live defenders, take witness statements, and review medical records to identify information requirements and secure documentation. Draft legal documents, attend court and pre-trial meetings, and manage interlocutory proceedings while adhering to reporting, reserving, and client SLA requirements. File management includes updating reports and correspondence. This role supports marketing and business development activity within the fraud team, which focuses on motor, EL/PL, and organised fraud disputes.
Required Qualifications
- relevant Motor Fraud experience gained in a defendant firm
- excellent knowledge of the litigation process
- ability to run their own case load of files
- Previous experience of managing your own caseload
- experience of personal injury litigation
Desired Qualifications
- experience of personal injury litigation would be desirable
