Job Summary
Draft transactional documents including UCC financing statements, amendments, and corporate charters; prepare and submit EIN applications and obtain CIK codes and CUSIP numbers for securities. Order, analyze, and summarize lien searches while coordinating with the UCC Compliance Department to file financing statements and amendments. Proactively participate in closings by creating detailed checklists, circulating deliverables, and managing signature page coordination. Organize transaction documents into electronic binders and ensure all materials are archived in accordance with Firm protocols. Requires a Bachelor's degree, 6-10 years of related experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Hybrid schedule available.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
Desired Qualifications
- Paralegal certificate from ABA approved paralegal program preferred
- Prior law firm experience preferred
- 6-10 years of related experience preferred
- Knowledge of vendor platforms for the preparation of UCCs, preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to communicate effectively and in a professional manner
- Ability to work in a diverse team environment and effectively support the evolving needs of the Firm
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines with shifting priorities
- Must be a self-starter with a high level of initiative
- Strong customer service skills, able to anticipate needs
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects
- Maintains confidentiality and exercises discretion
- Exercises solid strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- May require occasional lifting of up to 20 lbs
