Job Summary
Draft, review, and organize compliance documents, reports, and submissions for judicial, regulatory, and government agencies. Coordinate document filings to courts and bodies such as the SEC, PDex, and BIR while tracking deadlines and maintaining detailed submission logs. Serve as the primary liaison for routine inquiries, clarifications, and scheduling meetings with regulatory agencies. Assist legal counsel in monitoring regulatory developments, preparing management reports on filing status, and managing records for audits and internal reviews. Ensure all submissions adhere to legal requirements and document retention policies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science Graduate or Bachelor of Laws Graduate or any Business or relevant course
- At least two to three years of experience with a law firm/legal industry/legal department or other relevant experience
- Working knowledge pertaining to basic office skills such as records keeping and retrieval
- Experience in handling various corporate documents and applications filed with government & regulatory agencies such as SEC, PSE, PDex, BIR, etc.
- Basic research skills
- Knowledge on the procedures and documents filed with the SEC, PDex and other government and regulatory agencies
- Ability to communicate effectively (both oral and written) and foster good relationships with key stakeholders (both internal and external)
- Keen eye for detail

- Time management skills and ability to organize multiple tasks and work under pressure
- Ability to write/draft reports, memos and other related documents
- Ability to sort, index, categorize, order, manipulate and organize information/data/documents
