Job Summary
Paralegal - Corporate role supporting attorneys with corporate transactions: preparing and filing documents, maintaining capitalization tables and stock ledgers, handling UCC searches, preparing filings (Section 16, S-8), organizing closing books, assisting with entity formation, due diligence, and closing documents. Requires strong Word, Excel, and Outlook; experience with Relativity, LexisNexis, Westlaw; familiarity with Carta/Pulley and SEC EDGAR Next; hybrid work in multiple U.S. offices; collaboration with clients, attorneys, and vendors.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Preferred: Bachelor's Degree and/or Paralegal certificate
- Minimum 1 year of paralegal experience for individuals with a bachelor’s degree and/or paralegal certificate OR five years of legal support experience without degree/certification
