Job Summary
Paralegal role at Marina Landscape, Inc. supporting a broad spectrum of legal practice areas including estate planning, environmental law, contract review, litigation, and more. Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing contracts, pleadings, discovery materials, and correspondence; conducting document review and data entry for litigation and various legal areas; coordinating deadlines and calendars for multiple attorneys; performing administrative duties such as proofreading, transcription, and filing; and conducting client or witness interviews. Strong organizational and writing skills, experience with UCC law, and ability to perform thorough legal research across diverse practice areas are required. The position is full-time and located in Orange, CA (in person). Pay ranges from $70,304 to $90,000 DOE, with listed benefits including 401(k), health and vision insurance, PTO, and more.
Required Qualifications
- Paralegal experience in multiple practice areas including estate planning, law & regulations in construction contexts
- strong organizational skills
- ability to draft and proofread legal documents
- experience with client and witness interviews
- knowledge of UCC (Uniform Commercial Code) law
- ability to conduct legal research across diverse practice areas such as immigration, securities, patent, family, landlord-tenant, tribal regulations, workers' compensation
