Job Summary
Experienced Commercial Real Estate Paralegal needed in Orlando for a nationally recognized law firm. Manage commercial land acquisition and disposition transactions from inception through closing; review title commitments, surveys, and related due diligence materials; prepare closing documents, binders, transaction checklists, and closing trackers; coordinate closings, funding, document execution, and post-closing activities; monitor timelines and deadlines; collaborate with attorneys, clients, title companies, lenders, and third parties; independently manage multiple active transactions with meticulous attention to detail. Hybrid schedule (3 days onsite / 2 days remote). Preferred: experience supporting homebuilders or developers, high-volume CRE matters; strong contract administration and transaction management. Location: Orlando, FL, United States.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial real estate paralegal experience within a law firm
- Strong experience reviewing title commitments, surveys, and related real estate documents
- Experience coordinating and managing commercial real estate closings
- Ability to independently manage multiple complex transactions in a deadline-driven environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and iManage or similar document management systems
