Clinical Negligence Paralegal handling a supervised caseload, drafting documents, conducting research, liaising with clients and medical experts, and supporting senior solicitors on complex, life-changing cases. Responsible for preparing client documents (e.g., witness statements), assisting in collection of medical records, managing Proclaim Action List tasks, accurate time recording, maintaining client files to Lexcel standards, and contributing to timely case progression while delivering high-quality client care.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate with Law-related degree and/or professional qualification such as LPC or route to BAR or CILEX
