Job Summary
Paralegal role in a Charities team based in the UK (Sheffield, Nottingham or Leicester) with a hybrid working pattern. Key duties include opening/closing electronic files, using a case management system, handling calls and enquiries, photocopying, scanning, archiving, typing documents, processing post and couriers, managing team diaries and travel arrangements, and assisting with financial administration and invoicing. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months’ administrative experience in a legal or professional services setting, strong IT skills (Word and Excel), and GCSEEnglish and Mathematics at grade C or equivalent. Essential competencies include teamwork, clear communication with colleagues and clients, attention to detail, adaptability, and a proactive approach. The role supports agile working with multiple UK hubs and emphasizes development within a busy charities practice.
Required Qualifications
- minimum of 6 months’ experience in an administrative role gained within a legal or professional services environment
- a minimum grade C pass at GCSE (or equivalent) in English Language and Mathematics
