Paralegal - Business Litigation (Dallas)

Job Summary
Draft pleadings, subpoenas, and discovery requests/responses while managing electronic and physical case files. Coordinate document production through e-discovery platforms and conduct factual and legal research under attorney supervision. Prepare deposition summaries, chronologies, and trial binders, and handle state and federal court e-filing. Track litigation deadlines and calendars, and communicate professionally with clients, court personnel, and opposing counsel during hearings, depositions, and trials. Requires 3-5 years of business litigation experience, a bachelor's degree, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and litigation support software. Availability for additional hours during time-sensitive phases is essential.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of business litigation paralegal experience in a law firm setting
- bachelor's degree
- paralegal certificate/associate's degree, or CLA designation
- Strong organizational skills
- proficiency in Microsoft Office
- proficiency in litigation support software
- the ability to manage multiple deadlines independently
- availability for additional hours during time-sensitive litigation phases
