Job Summary
Complete form agreements, schedules, and documentation under an attorney's supervision, including drafting talent agreements, production term sheets, and clip license agreements. Manage clearances for photographs and videos, review and analyze contracts to provide accurate summaries, and maintain data on contract trackers for talent and vendor agreements. Prepare reports, memos, and analyses for attorneys while updating electronic databases and securing signatures. Handle administrative tasks, coordinate meetings, and manage production deliverables with complete confidentiality. Work in the greater Miami, Florida area on a hybrid schedule of four days per week, with availability for late evenings and occasional holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum five (5) years of experience as a Paralegal
- College degree with a Paralegal certificate (or equivalent)
- Bi-lingual (English and Spanish)
- Must be willing to work in the greater Miami, Florida area
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States
- Must be willing to work late evenings, and occasional holidays or weekends per business need
- Must be covered by Solutions, NBCU's Alternative Dispute Resolution Program
- This position currently has a hybrid schedule, which requires contributing from the office a minimum of four days per week
