Job Summary
Assist in all aspects of banking and financing transactions, including conducting corporate and lien searches, reviewing results, and drafting schedules with estoppels or discharges. Utilize precedents to draft joinder documentation, guarantees, security documents, officer's certificates, and resolutions. Support lawyers with banking transaction matters and communicate with opposing counsel. Requires at least five years of banking and finance experience, a paralegal diploma, and strong communication skills. Based in Vancouver with a competitive salary up to 100k.
