Job Summary
Execute legal administrative functions including executing legal holds, processing settlement agreements, and preparing correspondence for litigation discovery and case preparation. Manage legal matters in billing and matter management systems, handle invoice processing, and monitor the Legal email box for the Americas. Create presentation materials, coordinate project development, and conduct follow-up for ongoing tasks while maintaining communication with managers, internal and external counsel, and court staff. Adhere to demanding timelines and work long, flexible hours during special projects. Requires high proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Coupa, and Brightflag. Hybrid work model available.

Desired Qualifications
- Paralegal certification
- Creating and maintaining client and matter list
- Filing documents (correspondence, notes, drafts, discovery, pleadings, etc.)
- Organizing files and documents
- Creating and maintaining hard copy files when necessary
- Calendaring events upon request
- Drafting routine correspondence
- Drafting engagement letters
- Regular (weekly) meeting with Americas Legal team members regarding upcoming tasks, events, deadlines and following up on status of pending tasks
- Reviewing documents for information and/or privilege
- Preparing reports based on review of documents and other research
- Assisting with preparation of legal filings
- Experience
- College degree
- 8+ years previous Legal/Administrative Assistant experience
- Complete and solid knowledge of MS Office, i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
