Job Summary
Greet, engage, and assist customers warmly by providing personalized service, making product recommendations, and processing transactions. Demonstrate ownership of store objectives by maintaining merchandise presentations, managing stock replenishment, and ensuring visually appealing selling areas. Handle customer inquiries, returns, and concerns professionally while applying suggestive selling techniques to drive sales and build loyalty. Support store operations through asset protection, inventory accuracy, and fulfillment tasks as assigned. Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays, with physical requirements to move around all store areas and lift up to 40 lbs.

- Must regularly move around all store areas and be accessible to customers
- Must bend, reach, stretch for product as well as lift, carry, and move at least 40 lbs
- Must be able to lift 40 lbs
