Paragon Intake Clinician I - BioPlus Specialty Pharmacy

Ensure intake information is accurate and complete by entering patient demographics into the computer database and assisting with setting up home services for new referrals. Obtain patient referral data quickly, document initial information, and notify pharmacy and reimbursement managers of pending referrals. Enter new patient information completely, generate and track required forms such as AOB and ABN, and forward all documentation to clinical and reimbursement staff. Communicate applicable therapy and financial arrangement information to patients and caregivers, while documenting suggestions, complaints, and requests. This role supports the Paragon Intake Clinician function within BioPlus Specialty Pharmacy, a member of Elevance Health, focusing on whole health and specialty medication access.
