Job Summary
Para educators support a variety of positions throughout the school district, collaborating with SPED Liaisons to implement IEP accommodations, assist in classroom activities, collect data for IEP goals, handle duties such as bus/lunch/recess monitoring, and maintain professional relationships within the school community; benefits include a $500 sign-on bonus for the 2026-2027 year, a 10-month schedule, prorated personal/sick days, and referral bonuses.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Have obtained an associate (or higher) degree, or
- Have at least two years of post-secondary education that is equivalent to at least 48 credit hours
- High School Diploma/GED and have met a rigorous standard on one of the formal Massachusetts-endorsed Assessments: Parapro or WorkKeys
