Provides specialized instructional support to individuals and groups in Special Education or Severely Handicapped programs; applies paraeducator health care services or behavior interventions integrated with instructional support; requires HS diploma or equivalent and 48 college units, plus one year of classroom experience with students with special needs; CPR/First Aid certification required; 6 hours/day, 5 days/week, 182 work days/year; full-time with benefits; location Westside Rio Linda (TRUSD) with potential driver’s license requirement.
Required Qualifications

- 48 college credit hours (degree eligible)
- one year of experience in a classroom environment with students with special needs
- valid driver’s license (may be required)
