Paraeducator I: General Education (ECE) - Colorado Springs School District 11

Provide instructional support to students under the direction of a certified teacher, working with individuals and small groups to reinforce learning and promote skill development. Assist with classroom operations including preparing instructional materials, assessments, attendance, and data entry; monitor and document student progress and behavior; supervise students across settings (classrooms, playgrounds, lunchrooms, field trips, and school activities); maintain accurate records; support engagement, independence, and positive behavior through clear communication and collaboration with staff.
