Job Summary
Assist teachers in providing instructional support to individual students and small groups while building positive relationships that encourage academic engagement and personal growth. Support the implementation of classroom expectations and behavior strategies, maintaining confidentiality and exercising sound judgment in a professional manner. Communicate effectively and respectfully with students, staff, families, and the public, demonstrating flexibility and patience in a fast-paced environment. Participate in required training and professional development opportunities. This role offers up to 5.75 hours at $19.42 hourly within Edison Academy's alternative high school setting.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid U.S. citizenship, permanent residency, or an active work visa

- Previous experience working with students in a school setting
- Experience supporting students with diverse academic, behavioral, or social-emotional needs
