Job Summary
Setup and operate basic audiovisual systems for events in hospitality environments, ensuring flawless execution through timely setup, operation, and breakdown. Monitor events and check in with customers throughout the day to meet their needs and maintain positive relationships. Troubleshoot equipment and software issues while following company procedures for systems entry and paperwork. Utilize floor up-selling techniques to increase revenue and finalize invoices with clients. Work irregular hours including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays in hotel or warehouse settings with on-call status.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Valid driver's license
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Must be able to meet physical demands outlined below
- Must adhere to appearance guidelines
- Must be able to work in multiple hotel locations
- Must be able to work irregular hours and on-call status including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Desired Qualifications
- Associate's degree
- 1 year of customer service or hospitality experience
- 1 year of audio-visual experience or equivalent in an educational environment
